The basic idea should be " how to mentally attach volunteer" with the program. The unemployed youth will be ready to teach the school children. But what & how they will teach,should be measured effectively. The program like skill india is bad example of exploiting our young job seekers.
The remuneration should be this much that the interest of volunteer should be maintained.They should be treated like the other reputed teachers.
The retired teacher should not be taken back as being planned.

Message to be spread among the students/teachers to make our country a developed nation. India was a developing country when I was a student. It is a developing country even today at the global level with many challenges/opportunities. In order to make it a developed nation and be part of the global leaders we need to revamp the whole of the nation with our PM's programmes viz. CLEAN INDIA, DIGITAL INDIA, MAKE IN INDIA... This will make atleast our future generations to live in developed India.

I wish to volunteer for this programme - Mumbai region.

Kind request to spread the awareness among the school children. First to make them feel that I am an INDIAN. Then to make them to be part of all our PM's program viz., CLEAN INDIA, MAKE IN INDIA, DIGITAL INDIA. On a daily basis they must be taught to get them involved and spread the awareness amongst their own family and friends.
