Now a days, the Telecommunication companies including BSNL, shows 4 digits (Rs. 1.1278) instead of 2 digits (1.12) in service messages. How ruppees will have 4 digits?
Bsnl people announce full talk time, but take away 1 rupee. Is it not cheating?
All telecoms loot the main balance, after the net balance/ plan is over. Why such looting?

Further to my submissions yesterday, I've got inputs from other sufferers like me. They doubt that BSNL insiders are sabotaging good services on payment from some private Service Providers. Otherwise, how BSNL's service stoop to such low levels. This if true is very serious. Otherwise how is my ph 0120 2511365 at Flat 77, OIL complex, Sec 15A, NOIDA NCR remains dead for more than 20 days despite repeated complaints. I request you to clean & bring order to our OWN PSUs before regualting PVTs

These initiatives are TRULY COMMENDABLE. But "PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH" must be followed by GOVT first. I mean the PSU under the GOVT must be first made fully accountable & efficient. As an example, let me tell you about BSNL & my experience with it. My landline cum broadband (Ph no 0120 2511365) is dead ON & OFF since 25.12.15. Despite repeated complaints, BSNL people remains indifferent and as a CONSUMER I suffer NO SERVICE despite being BILLED FULLY. And it is still dead.

Honorable prime minister sir, I have an idea to promote make in INDIA products, In my opinion "open some malls/shops etc regarding MADE IN INDIA products only and on each product a mark of MAKE IN INDIA should be big in shape.if we use this technique we can promote our product easily.

where can i raise the issue the banking ombudsman...........banks are charging money from the customers and there is no way to stop them

re call drop , each carrier should declare number of users(by address) against bandwidth available. a data set will emerge showing user density /bandwidth. This declaration will help consumers and make the carriers bit more careful

Regarding call drop , the consumers should be given opportunity to record their view in yes/no format when they pay bills. Even if 1% consumers use the facility , a clear trend and data set will emerge.

we can split the problem in multi parts and start with smart phones. If a smart phone user uploads the picture of the phone box with IMIE no , the carriers will not permit the use of that phone until a fresh picture of the phone box is uploaded or the user provides the identity details that match with original phone user. This phone box trick is used by Police to return the stolen phones and is effective. This will check phone stealing business and black money circulation.

If Mobile companies fail to track the IMIE of lost mobile phones, then better cancel their license to sell their products in India

Each mobile companies can initiate tracking of lost devices, because people are unhappy with how mobile thefts and losts are handled in our country.This issue is not a one man issue... its a common man issue.
