Respected PM Sir,
I hope this letter find you well and high spirits. I am writing to draw your attention to a pressing issue that concerns the future of Pharm D graduates ( Doctor of Pharmacy) in our country as a concern citizen. I strongly believe that immediate action is to address the disparity between Pharm D and MBBS graduates in terms of their eligibility to practice and prescribe medicines. Minimum changes in policy like creating 1/2 vacancy of clinical pharmacy post in government and private sector will not solve such large number of Pharm D graduates. So I highly request with lots hope only from you a great revolution in healthcare system of our country for the welfare of the citizens.

जितने भी सरकारी इसकूल है उन सभी पर ध्यान देने की ज़रूरत है क्योंकि बच्चों के भविष्य का सवाल है शिक्षक ध्यान नही देते हैं इनका हर महीने ऑडिट होना चाइए की इन लोगों ने बच्चो को क्या पढ़ाया।और बचो की कॉपी चेक करवाने का कष्ट करें की इनको क्या कोर्स के हिसाब से काम मिल रहा है या नही ।

desh me phir se gurukul suru hone chahiye jo shiksha ke shathe gyan or dharm or karm ka shamjaye or marg darshan kare is time me bohat jaruri hai logo me shiksha ki kami nahi hai gyan ka abhav hai

NEP is focus on improvement botton to top approch.
e. g. Focuses on holistic development, extra curricular activities, vocational education,
prefer understanding of context rather than cramming.

Same student when go for employment like pcs, university job etc there is no role of extra curricular activities, no role of vocational education, no one interested in holistic development.
Only role of % of marks obtained in academics and power of cramming ( exam patter of most psc examination recommended only cramming)

We have to implement more practial sessions in the education systyem. more interactive sessions and interpersonal developing tools to be set up in schools. Government should request to Corp CEO to keep them invovled in creating a next generation schools.

Namaste sir. Monthly Assessment of staff and students maybe uploaded in monthly basis. Separate portals may be created for students feedbacks. It'll also be useful to help the UGC to fulfill the students requirements. It is most important that the Academic staff's interference in Administrations may be avoided to ensure the Good teaching. The above point is most important at the time of evolution in Accreditation. Otherwise all most all the Higher Education Institutions are hiring consultants during NAAC Accreditation for last minute touch up. This practice must be eliminated by updating every month to UGC about Institutions. Separate special marks may be alloted for the Institutions on Digital Technology implementations which includes the software development, Digital payments,Network and surveillance activities. The above are all our Honourable PM's Vision in Digital India. Periodical Assessment will reduce the burden during Accreditation and evolution. Jai hind.
