Introducing a Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) approach: This approach involves continuous monitoring and evaluation of the quality of education being provided by the institution. It helps in identifying the areas of improvement and taking corrective actions.
Involving stakeholders in the assessment process: The assessment process should involve all stakeholders, including students, faculty, alumni, and employers. This will provide a holistic view of the institution's performance and help in identifying areas of improvement.
Strengthening the accreditation process: The accreditation process should be made more rigorous and transparent. Accreditation agencies should be independent and have the necessary expertise to evaluate institutions.
It is about Higher Education policy in India. PhD admission, JRF Position, Research Fellow Position are having age limit of 28 years. And providing relaxation to SC/ST/OBC from 3 years to 5 years. But not providing relaxation to EWS category person. Moreover because of 2 consecutive COVID-19 Pandemic year from 2020-2021 students have to withdraw there admissions from so many colleges and filled gap years in their academics. Please provide relaxation into age limit for 2 years for the students who have completed their Graduation before Covid-19 and also provide relaxation for 2 to 5 years for Gen-EWS candidates. So that eligible candidates can also apply for PhD admission wit Fellowship or get some JRF Position and progress their career.
Also extend validity of GATE Scorecard with 1 year for students who cleared GATE Examination in 2019 or 2020.

ESPECIALLY THE GOVERNMENT DEGREE COLLEGE ESPECIALLY FOR WOMEN MUST BE IN A POSITION TO COMPETE AT THE GLOBAL LEVEL.
FOR WHICH ENGLISH MEDIUM EDUCATION WOULD BE MORE HELP FUL
THE TEACHING FACULTY OF THE GOVERNMENT DEGREE COLLEGES FOR WOMEN
THE MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION HAS BEEN CHANGED TO ENGLISH.
UNLESS THE WOMEN UNDERSTANDS THE SUBJECTS IN ENGLISH THEY WILL NOT ABLE TO ACCESS THE RELEVANT INFORMATION, MUCH OF WHICH IS AVAILABLE IN THAT PARTICULAR LANGUAGE
PARTICULARLY FOR WOMEN EMPOWERMENT.
THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA IS ENCOURAGING WELL .
TO CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE THE WOMEN EMPOWERMENT STUDENTS SHOULD DEVELOP COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH IS A MUST.
IN NORTHERN SIDE THEY'RE FAMILIAR WITH THEIR MOTHER TONGUE VERY MUCH GOOD.
THE FACULTY SHOULD UPGRADE THEIR SKII, IN ORDER TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE CHANGING WORLD
FOR WHICH THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA TAKEN STRINGENT STEPS TO PROMOTE THE WOMEN EMPOWERMENT.
AS PER THE NATIONAL EDUCATION POLICY CO
My suggestions;
1. During the primary period(from LKG to 3rd STD) instead of teaching mere textbook, practical classes on basic knowledge any citizen should have like
Basic courtesy,good eating habits,first aid, traffic signal, dignity of labour,respect etc could be incorporated.Currently, we do have these in textbook but students are not taught to implement in their life.
2. It should be made mandatory for all government officials to admit their children in government schools for education which is the only way to improve the standards of our education system.
3. Technical improvisation is required to implement digital education.
4. Reservation for higher education seats should be provided to students lacking income rather than on the basis of caste reservation.Scheduled tribes and castes reservation is required to carry own as they are still developing but other OBC and category reservation should be taken away.
Reservation based on caste system shold not be there in higher education.More stress shold be on practical work and hands on projects and activities.Our students exce theoretically but they are far behind when it is to be applied practically.More exchange programmes both national and international , should be there so that
our students are exposed to the world wide trends, become globally aware and more confident.Education should make them economically independent by providing better job opportunities in our own country.This will help to contol the problem of brain drain also.
Indian democracy is now ripe for modification because the Legislature, Judiciary and Executive all three have learnt to tweak it to their advantage. These three pillars have become too smart to function. They have become selfish and in absence of any stringent law to make them upright, they are emboldened to horrendous limits.
Followings are the positive initiatives given in the draft Report of the overarching Committee on Transformative Reforms for Strengthening Periodic Assessment and Accreditation of All Higher Educational Institutions in India.
1. Merging of Programme-Accreditation and Institution-Accreditation and proposition of a composite assessment system is good step.
2. The 8- point grading system of NAAC was questioning the overall performance of HEIs as it is observed that Institutes much below in NIRF ranking framework was scoring good grades than the institutes of top rank and higher reputation. The binary system (i) Accredited or (ii) Not Accredited is fine enough to judge HEIs’ Overall performance and Assessment.
3. “One Nation One Data Platform” may be an authentic and transparent way to collect the necessary information of HEIs for the process of Accreditation, Assessment and Ranking system.
our higher education is really good but it will try to change time to time to improve our education system.
1. change education policy and subject and updated regularly.
2. time to time assess students.
3. all school, college, institution are connected by one education policy.
4. time to time every school, college, institution declare progress report of school, students and also teachers.
5. time to time internal panel, external panel review this progress report and give suggestion to improve better
6. administrative panel always follow suggestion which respective panel advised for improve better
7. review, suggestion, comment, advise collect from all students, guardians , important person in this locality
8. provide new task to all student and also guardians for connect them more time with institution.

Our higher education is really good and it should be encouraged to posses higher knowledge to survive our selves and to serve our society . We have many opportunities to educate our self in higher education but do we have courage to recognise real knowledge personal like Srinivasa Ramanujan . He has thrust in knowledge building instead of degrees or money . Foreigners could recognise his genuinity and arranged to go ahead in his intersting fields instead of sticking to useless method to follow , but we are taking and trying to give false knowledge to our education , Is it the accreditation for higher education , do we need impossible prohibited false beliefs in our education and ignore our ancestors traditional knowledge .An Idea can change the world but a wrong policy can destroy many generations for many centuries.I request higher education authorities to consider these facts and modify our curriculum and delete false impossibles from our knowledge that gives credit to accreditation
